I am only pursuing WELL Certification for a portion of our office. Do I need to consider all regular building occupants for the entire space within this WELL feature's scope in order to comply?

All employees within the project boundary would need to be counted as part of this feature's scope.

Our project is a co-working space. How do we comply with this feature?

Projects that are operated as a co-working space should pursue the New & Existing Interiors project type. For this type of project, this feature would apply to all regular building occupants.

Could you clarify who qualifies as an employee? My organization has temporary workers and I would like to know if they are considered employees for the purposes of WELL Certification.

A worker is considered an employee if they have a regular or predictable schedule, which has (or is intended to) continue for longer than a few months.
