In buildings with 10 or more employees, the Occupant Indoor Environmental Quality (IEQ) Survey™ from the Center for the Built Environment at UC Berkeley (or approved alternative) is completed by a representative sample of at least 30% of employees at least once per year unless otherwise noted.
