The garbage is collected from the garbage cans daily to minimize the time that waste remains in the garbage cans. Will this design meet the requirements of Part 1b? Ruling: No, the design as described is not approved. The openings are large enough to allow pests to gain access to the garbage and allow for discarded trash to fall outside the garbage receptacle within the casework. |
