Fitness equipment

Convenient access to different types of fitness equipment can make regular exercise habits easier to achieve. Cardiorespiratory and muscle-strengthening exercise each provide unique health benefits, from increases in muscle mass and bone density maintenance to improvements in cardiovascular and neurological health. Providing equipment that allows for a variety of exercise options gives occupants a wider range of benefits.

This feature requires the provision of exercise equipment in the building that supports cardiorespiratory and muscle-strengthening exercise.
