Intent:
To minimize the impact of hazardous building material ingredients on indoor air quality and protect the health of manufacturing and maintenance workers.
The owner must provide compliant materials within the spaces they buildout. This may include tenant spaces if the owner provides these materials within tenant spaces.
Feature 26 requires 25% of all furnishings, built-in furniture, interior finishes, and finish materials, both newly installed and existing, to meet certification labels or screening benchmarks.
