#25545 - If a project does not own or control the roadway and parking area in front of the building, as it is a public right of way, and the City refuses to add such signage in these locations, can the project be exempt from meeting this feature part?

In order to be exempt from meeting Feature 24, Part 3, projects need to demonstrate that they do not own or have control over the drop-off and parking areas.

#25045 - For F24 Part 4, should we take into account only non-road and on-road vehicles and equipment used onsite, or also include vehicles that bring materials or personnel to the construction site?

Delivery vehicles that unload materials and then leave and personal vehicles used to commute to the job site are not bound by the requirements of Part 4.
