For projects that provide a physical library, the WELL Performance Testing Agent will conduct a visual inspection to confirm that these requirements are met. Projects that provide a digital library should indicate, in the professional narrative, how all occupants are made aware of the digital resources (e.g., communication strategy, informational signage). No visual inspection is required for a digital library.
